Images, Sound/Music & Video

What am I looking for?

Your visuals and music should represent the words you've written in your script and the story as a whole. However, they do not need to match your words perfectly. Consider:
What is the central theme of the story & how can I represent it?
Are there key symbols or setting elements portrayed in the story that would add meaning?
What will help to create the mood I want viewers to feel?
How can color support the mood I am trying to create?
Think out of the box!

Copyright Friendly Resources: Why?

because we need to ASK before using something that was created by someone else!

In general we are free to use works that
  1. are in the Public Domain. This means they are no longer copyrighted (for example; the creator of the work died over 70 years ago or the works are are government issued) or

  2. the creator labeled with a Creative Commons License which tells you how you can use it!
